Madd Gear's 2nd Anti-Bullying Event

Be Buddies, Not Bullies

Madd Gear did another huge meetup for #AntiBullyingAwarenessMonth. MGP riders took a pledge to be buddies, not bullies at the skatepark. Bullying has become normalized for most scooter riders but that doesn’t mean it needs to be accepted.

Bullying takes a serious toll on the mental health and well-being of youth. Research shows that children who are bullied are more likely to experience depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

The MGP team riders took action this past week, October 24-31, at their local skateparks to hang out and meet with new friends. What a great turn out we had!

Madd Gear wants to give a special thank you to all the MGP team riders who hung out in their local communities over the past few days for our #AntiBullying event.

We rode our scooters, gave out some free gear, and made some friends along the way. Remember that the skatepark is our home, and it is our responsibility to be buddies, not bullies 💚 See all the pictures below!
